So I finally got around to shipping my Sony NW-HD1 to Recovery Force to recover the data from the hard drive on my MP3 player. You can see from this picture that the unit would power up. The screen you see in this image is as far as the NW-HD1 would go. No amount of cajoling could get the drive to load any further.
